Opis (eng)

Sliding bearings have a great application in heavy machine construction, in mills, turbines, crushers, rolling mills and forging machines, presses, gears, etc. Relative movement of the parts while simultaneously carrying the load on the sliding bearings is achieved in the presence of slip friction. The basic advantage of sliding bearings relative to rollers is reflected in their carrying capacity and if the condition of liquid friction is met, they have an unlimited lifetime. As the tendency of the development of modern machines to continuously improve their performance, and this is largely related to the increase in the load and the frequency of rotation of the shaft of the shaft while at the same time reducing the dimensions and weight, such a trend of development indicates that in the future, the use of sliding bearings should be expected. Studies in this thesis have been carried out in this direction. The doctoral dissertation includes an experimental study of the tribological properties of hydrodynamically lubricated sliding bearings made of white tall alloy based alloys -TEGOTENAX V840. An experimental table was developed for experimental research of radial sliding bearings hydrodynamically lubricated at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Niš at the Department of Mechanical Structures, Development and Engineering. In the framework of the dissertation, extensive experimental investigations of the change in the friction coefficient and bearing temperature as a function of time under the conditions of radial load bearing tests (1000, 2000, 3000 and 4000 N) and the frequency of rotation of the shaft sleeve (1000, 2000, 3000 rpm) were carried out. As a result of the experimental research, power losses due to friction in the processes of unstable and stable conditions of the tested sliding bearings were also given. In the framework of the dissertation, the wear of bearings under conditions of testing with different bearing loads 1000, 2000, 3000 and 4000N in the function of the slip road (0-905988) m, and with the variation in the frequency of shaft rotation of the shaft of 1000, 2000 and 3000 rpm were tested. Hatching was estimated through the weight loss of the bed bedding. A comparison of the experimental and analytical results of the friction coefficient values obtained using the Raimond and Boid diagrams is then compared. The roughness of the bearing bed surface is measured in 4 defined positions after each test set. Changes in the surface roughness parameters Ra and Rz are given in the slipping function for the defined measurement positions. At the end of the dissertation, the microstructure of the sliding bearing material was analyzed using a scanning electron microscope (SEM) of the type JEOL-JSM-661OLV. In order to establish the mathematical dependence of the experimental parameters of the test of the sliding bearing in the conditions of hydrodynamic lubrication (weight loss of the bearing bed as the wear parameter, the surface roughness of the bed bed, the friction coefficient and the temperature of the bed heating), in the function of independent parameters such as the slipping path and bearing load, an artificial neural network was used.
