Opis (eng)

In this thesis we were analysing integrative teaching and more precisely, we were examining the influence it has on the accomplishment of students. The theoretical framework was pointed to the historical background of the integrative teaching in the works of classical pedagogy, and after that, in order to review it more complexly, we have considered the didactical theories on which it is based. We have also studied the integrity of the teaching that is directed to the student as the fundamental part of the integrative teaching approach, and there were also some didactical-methodological aspects given and the basics of the integrative teaching's systematic theory, basic characteristics of educating pupils in diaspora and the possibilities of applying integrative teachings. The educational system in Switzerland was demonstrated, as well as the review of the contemporary integrative teaching processes in some European countries and their educational systems. The second part of the thesis is methodological, where, by experimental research we have analysed the influence that integrative teaching has on the accomplishments of pupils attending Nature and Science classes in diaspora. The results have shown that the pupils in the experimental group have better adopted knowledge at their final test than the students in the control group. There was a survey conducted among teachers in diaspora, which determined the presence of integrative teaching (forms of work, methods, types of class etc.) and how much it attributes to better student accomplishment. Results that we have accomplished demonstrate to us that the integrative teaching should be more represented in additional classes in diaspora. The results are more important since this analysis is one of the rare ones dealing with this matter. Therefore, the influence of integrative teaching on the success of pupils who attend Nature and Society classes in diaspora is an issue that can be an incentive for reforms of primary school education in diaspora as well as future research that will be conducted in this area and that will show new directives in the search od more efficient and productive learning strategies.
